Nope! All levels are welcome. We start with the basics and build from there.

Comfortable workout clothes. We don’t allow shoes on the mat. Socks are fine, but we recommend bare foot.

Each session is 90 minutes, including warm-up, drills, and practice time.

We focus on safe, controlled drills. No full-contact fighting—just real-world skills you can use.

Absolutely. Training with friends makes it even more fun (and we encourage it). Just have them sign up as well!

That’s totally fine. We move at a pace everyone can follow, with modifications as needed.
