We’ve got answers.

  • Nope! All levels are welcome. We start with the basics and build from there.

  • Comfortable workout clothes. We don’t allow shoes on the mat. Socks are fine, but we recommend bare foot.

  • Each session is 90 minutes, including warm-up, drills, and practice time.

  • We focus on safe, controlled drills. No full-contact fighting—just real-world skills you can use.

  • Absolutely. Training with friends makes it even more fun (and we encourage it). Just have them sign up as well!

  • That’s totally fine. We move at a pace everyone can follow, with modifications as needed.
